Hello everyone,
I'm forwarding you a message from Alex Parker and Richard Copperwaite, who are trying to "establish a sub-society of ECS students with a common interest in creating video games".
They've started a while ago so you might have heard about it already. They're having a meeting on 3rd December for those who are interested, so make sure you turn up!!
Anna Asanowicz
ECSS Marketing Officer
The message itself:
We'd like you to let the ECSS know that we're having our third meeting on Thursday 3rd December in Zepler Labs at 2pm.
We intended the Gamedev group to be a relaxed, informal meeting of minds, sharing ideas, fostering creativity and bringing the fun back into programming - giving game developers, from hobbyists to professionals, the chance to show off their work and take on exciting prototyping challenges.
We've set up a wiki page where people can find out more information: https://secure.ecs.soton.ac.uk/ug/wiki/w/ECSS_GameDevGroup
And our Facebook group is: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=196243505434
Many thanks,
Alex Parker & Richard Copperwaite
