Hey,

You should have already received this email but I am sending it out 
again just to make sure.

Departure: 25th November at 10:00am (be in zepler reception at 9:45)
Trip Back: We are leaving at 5pm from IBM Hursley

Transport and Lunch are provided and you will be given your deposit back
as you get on the coach to IBM. As for dress code, there isn't one. Just
wear something you think is appropriate.

Hey,

I am sorry you were unable to get a place on the trip this time, please 
let me know if you are interested in going and didn't get a place this 
time. I have let IBM know that I had to turn people away but if there is 
significant interest perhaps a second trip next semester can be 
organised for you.
