[ECSS] ECSS Open Meeting

Hello everyone,

I'd like to invite you all to the first ECSS Open Meeting which will take place between 1 and 3pm on Wednesday 14th October.

ECSS Open Meetings are same as the weekly committee meetings (which you are welcome to attend) but have no agenda and 
are open for all society members to raise any issue they like. These meetings are 'open format' and are designed as a way to 
give you a chance to give us feedback on the society, present ideas for future events or even make a complaint. 
Everyone is welcome! The minutes from these meetings will be published on the society website.
