With around 230 files for demo abstracts, demo videos, long paper and short paper manuscripts plus presentation files and also the plenary content, you can imagine there is significant effort in reviewing and getting everything organized and available to digest
ahead of the meeting as committed to the leadership team and peer review panel. Please provide your materials on time with a single submission (revisions are time consuming and can cause confusion for all involved) whenever possible.

We've had some requests for extension to the submittal deadlines. Please ensure all demos and long papers presentation are finalized and submitted not later than this Friday (one week past the deadline). Please submit all short paper presentation recordings
ideally by this Friday August 28th, but not later than next Wednesday September 2nd. Submission after these "drop dead" dates are discouraged and will require justification to and approval from TALs. It is my understanding that demo videos are what the TALs
most want to preview ahead of the AFM, given the challenge in delivering them virtually (prerecorded).
