<blockquote type="cite"><span>I’ve booked the ECS board room for this as we could not get a bigger room. Please be ready to start at 10am sharp. Please all attend from the start to be fair to all presenters.</span><br>

<blockquote type="cite"><span>I had not accounted for those with more than one talk. If you are keen to do all your talks, then we might want to extend the room booking (beyond 1pm) but we’d also need to make sure people are ready to sit in for longer than
