Most talks are between 15-20 mins usually. If we allocate 20 mins to each, and including swaps, it will take a whole 3 hours.

I’ve booked the ECS board room for this as we could not get a bigger room. Please be ready to start at 10am sharp. Please all attend from the start to be fair to all presenters.

I had not accounted for those with more than one talk. If you are keen to do all your talks, then we might want to extend the room booking (beyond 1pm) but we’d also need to make sure people are ready to sit in for longer than 3 hours. Let me know what you think and I’ll look into extending the booking if needed.
