Dear ITA students and Tim,

Please keep the 21-23 January free for the P4 meeting in London (see below). Can you briefly confirm with me that you can make it, and then I’ll let Raghu know.

Please also let Geeth know if you need accommodation (I’ll commute, but it’s easier to stay in London if you prefer).

The current proposed dates for P4 meeting in January is 21st-23rd. Please confirm if you can attend by responding directly to me by tomorrow evening.

Logistics:
1. The plan is to hold it in IBM Southbank center. The other option is to hold it in Southampton, but most folks from the US prefer to be closer to the airport/central London.
2. If we go with IBM Southbank, Geeth has offered to find a block of rooms at a nearby hotel at IBM rates (~130pounds).

Meeting agenda (detailed agenda to be sent over once we confirm):
1. Discuss P4.1 and 4.2 tasks and cross-task collaboration
2. Discuss existing and new collaborations with TA1 (P2/P3).

If folks cannot make the above dates, may I suggest at least sending your students.
