Title: 'Healthcare systems: issues and solutions’
Abstract:
The management and exchange of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) is a recognised issue in healthcare systems to ensure continuity of care across national and European healthcare infrastructure. Due to the sensitivity of data exchanged, only mature standards and implementations can be chosen to operate.

This talk will outline well-established technological standards and solutions for the management of EHR. Main focus will be given to provenance aspects and a recent exploitation of the standard PROV together with blockchain for healthcare data management.
