[COMP6200-supervisors] MSc Project: Allocation of second examiners

Dear all,

On Monday, we will announce the allocation of the second examiners to the
MSc project students. We have involved as many staff as possible and
ensured that people who are supervising more project students have less
second examinees.

You can check your provisional allocation via this link:

As a reminder, here you can also review the Project Briefs submitted by
your project students, and you need to either approve or reject these with
comments as soon as possible.

Students will be encouraged to send their Project Brief to their second
examiner, but there is no need for interaction with your second examinees
until the start of the demonstrations (16th August onwards - see
https://secure.ecs.soton.ac.uk/notes/comp6200/ ).

Please remember that you are expected to have weekly meetings with your
project students, arranging for an alternative point of contact when on
annual leave.
