Dear All,
Please see attached the current shape of the agenda for the CMI showcase. Please make sure you can make the times allocated.
NOTE: I’ve had to move the AI Hardware session to the morning due to some people’s constraints and the Digital Maritime to the afternoon. I hope this is OK. If not, please let me know ASAP.
Other points:
Blair: I hope you are now back. Please let me know if you are OK with your talk (bio/title/photo if possible tomorrow?).
George/Adam - still missing your bio/photo.
We’ve already got about 140 registered for the event. We are expecting to have a full house. Please let me know if you’d like specific industry contacts to attend as we have limited places left and they are going fast!
Regards,
Gopal

Dear all,
Thank you again for agreeing to give a talk at the Machine Intelligence showcase on the 22nd of October.
We are now finalising the welcome pack and we will need the following from you:
1. Max 500 words bio
2. A high res picture
3. A talk title (if possible at this point)
we need 1 and 2 pretty soon.
If we don’t receive 1 and 2 by the end of the week (as we understand you may be very busy), we will use what you have on your home page to save you time.
Regards,
Gopal
