Dear all,
Thanks for your availability for this video shoot. According to the doodle polls, we will schedule the shoot as follows:
Date: Tuesday 13/12/2018
10:00-11:00 - Danesh
11:00-12:00 - Long
12:30-13:30 - Kate
13:30-17:30 - Gopal / Wendy / Tim
17:30-18:00 - Klaus
I hope these slots are still free. If not, please let me know asap and we’ll see what we can do to reshuffle the timings.
In the meantime, if you haven’t done one of these before, it might be good to:
1. Prepare a script that details your background and what your research is about
2. Prepare a visual demo of some of the work you’ve done (e.g., robots moving about, animated networks etc…)
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Gopal

The video will be punctuated by demos/shots of key work you can demonstrate.
