[Cmi-board] PhD advert on the CMI site and across mailing lists

HI all,

as dicussed at the last meeting, please see a draft of the PhD advert I want to put on the site and which I will ask to send to various mailing lists. Please make sure:

1. your group’s interest (where relevant) is included.
2. any other aspects we should consider
3. where we should send this to

The Dept. struggles to get strong UK PhD candidates even from within the department…so any ideas on how to make such positions appealing would be good.
