[Cmi-board] meeting

Hi all,

It looks like there is no convenient time for a meeting with everyone this week. i’ll send out a new doodle for next week.

Regarding our upcoming activities:

1. I’ve been working with Oxford Innovations to organise an event on the 1st of feb on AI and Blockchain. We’ve got two speakers from our dept and three from industry. It starts at 17:30 and OI are sponsoring the event. I hope to see you all there. I will send out the announcement today but it would be good for you to invite your colleagues/students to go.

2. The website is now live at www.cmi.ecs.soton.ac.uk<http://www.cmi.ecs.soton.ac.uk>. We still need more content on what we are doing across the department. I’ll issue a request to the dept for more content.

3. Mailing lists have been set up as you can see - fi you are not receiving this email from cmi-board, please let me know.
