The Mountbatten room is used by Reena for a code girls event every Wed evening during term time. So it's available on the 21st (for the AI & Ethics event), but not for the PhD events. I've checked with Reena and she does indeed need that room.

We can either move the event to a different day of the week, or different venue. The third-floor coffee room is free, and probably also our coffee room. Let me know what you prefer.
