[Cmi-board] date for showcase

Hi all,

I’ve asked that our showcase be moved to October as we’ve run out of time in a number of terms (email to guests, printing stuff, etc..).

I’ve asked Garden court for availability at the end of October. They are struggling to confirm a Wednesday around that time. I’d prefer a Wednesday rather than any other day to maximise attendance from our students/staff.

We could go for a Tuesday (23rd) as it’s available now. We could wait for a few weeks to see if 24th is available but they are not willing to confirm availability any time soon…. Or we could push to November.

Would be good to know your thoughts on this.
