"From academic to applied product research: Lessons for an emerging researcher"

We are delighted to welcome back CDT alumnus Jack Webster next week.  He'll be sharing his experiences about life after academia.

Jack was based in the Music department and his research focused on "Music Recommender Systems & Data Mining in the Era of Digital Music Consumption: Conceptualising Socio-Technical Systems as Cultural Intermediaries".  Since graduating in 2019, Jack now works as a User Researcher at Spotify in Stockholm.
