forward. The format will be a combination of short presentations, and group discussions/working groups.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The morning session will run a little like a sandpit, and there may be a (very) small amount of pump-priming funding that can be attached to this. In order to prepare,
