[C-IoT Management] Away Day and Smart Cities Event

Dear C-IoT Management Group,

1) C-IoT Away Day
At the last management meeting, we talked about holding an away day and tentatively marked 25 April for it. 2) Smart Cities
The Centre's next major event is the Afternoon on IoT for Smart Cities on Wednesday 06 March. The agenda (https://www.c-iot.ecs.soton.ac.uk/event-06march18) is coming together, but if you have any suggestions for speakers - particularly from industry - please can you get in touch with me or Seb urgently?

3) PhD Recruitment
Finally, we're running a C-IoT PhD information session for prospective students next week, see https://www.c-iot.ecs.soton.ac.uk/event-20feb2019. If you have an IoT-related project that has funding for a PhD student, let me know and I can highlight this.
