[C-IoT Management] C-IoT questions (instead of a committee meeting)

Dear C-IoT Management Group,

It’s been a while since we’ve had a Centre management meeting, and there are a number of things that I’d like to discuss. However, I’m aware that it’s going to be problematic to schedule a meeting that has any chance of reasonable attendance over the summer, and hence I’ve put some of the more burning questions in an easy-to-fill-out form instead.
