OK. I'll do that then. I think enough smart people have looked at
dcat that we would be nuts to mess with it.<br>

Who controls the namespace on purl.org?<br>

One annoyance with neologism is that I can't see how to make it add
attributes that are not strictly bound to the class.<br>
<br>
eg. we want to say 'use dcterms:description' as part of the draft
'application profile' but that's not the same as the ontology.<br>

Not at all. I'm also wondering whether it's also worth adding a property
for linking a catalogue to the primary SKOS notation datatype(s) for its
records/items.
