[Buildingdata] Extensions to linkingyou (accessibility; publication-scheme)

Hi both (buildingdata cc'd),

Can we add the following terms to the linkingyou vocabulary?

lyou:accessibility — page detailing accessibility of a place or organisation

lyou:publication-scheme — the ICO-mandated publication scheme
(http://www.ico.org.uk/for_organisations/freedom_of_information/guide/publication_scheme)

I'm not too sure of my descriptions, so feel free to improve them.

I'd like to use the first one to link buildings to their page in our
access guide. I believe various units of the University also have pages
containing that kind of information.
