Me, but if we're Americanizing it, then we'll probably want a new
namespace URI that doesn't end 'ue'.

Unfortunately, purl.org ain't allowing logins at the moment.

I've added a note about foaf:primaryTopic to the comment for
CatalogRecord. That's probably the best we're able to do.
