OK. I'll do that then. I think enough smart people have looked at dcat
that we would be nuts to mess with it.
Who controls the namespace on purl.org?
One annoyance with neologism is that I can't see how to make it add
attributes that are not strictly bound to the class.
eg. we want to say 'use dcterms:description' as part of the draft
'application profile' but that's not the same as the ontology.
