So:

cat:Catalogue (with dcterms:publisher, oo:corrections, oo:contact,
skos:scopeNote and so forth)

cat:Record (with cat:catalogue (w/ range cat:Catalogue), cat:item,
dcterms:created, dcterms:modified, foaf:homepage, etc)

That's two classes and two properties by my count, and a fair bit of
application profile documentation.

Do you want to beat me to it? ;-)
