OK. I've added these.
I'm just looking into adding these terms today
web-accessibility
space-accessibility
uk-ico-publication-scheme
I went with the uk- prefix to help avoid confusion for non UK users of
the vocab. And made a new "UK" section.

I've deliberately not given the accessibility terms a domain of
"Organisation" so they can be used on other entities.
