Hi all,

I've just pushed a new version of our vacancy dataset. Because we're
not public yet, I've uploaded a snapshot to
<http://users.ox.ac.uk/~kebl2765/vacancies.rdf>. Does this look okay?

I've shied away from modelling salaries for now, instead creating a
<http://purl.org/openorg/salary/SalarySpecification> to which I've
attached an rdfs:label with a human-readable description.

There have been a couple of regressions since Austin's version, for
which I need to do some work to reintegrate. These are better location
parsing (for the organizationalPart and employer bits), and scraping
jobs.ac.uk (for college and academic appointments, which don't appear
on www.recruit.ox.ac.uk).
