[Buildingdata] Meal Types

Hey, I just found this in the oddest place; a list of E.U. procurement 
codes:

This looks like a great vocabulary to express our meal options in a way 
that can be made inter operable with other data providers later.

So our codes would map to:
Vegan: HA16-3
Contains Alchol: Explicitly NOT HA05-0
Vegetarian: HA17-6
Gluten Free: HA07-6
Diary Free: HA14-7

(copied to the university catering manager, and the only vegan I know on 
campus)

This isn't a big deal, but it's nice to use standard codes (in the data, 
not the web pages) rather than invent our own. It may even be useful to 
allow things to be tagged with additional options from the list below.
