We didn't manage to find anything that suited our needs. The closest
we came was this thing that Austin found:
<http://reference.data.gov.uk/doc/salary-range/>. However, that
doesn't quite map onto the pay scales we use, and doesn't say anything
about vacancies.

Our plan now is to create a new namespace (with prefix oov or vacancy),
and document stuff on the wiki under a new pattern heading. Does this
sound good to everyone?

Austin's doing a wonderful job of extracting the department details
for each job so we can link it to OxPoints. We're also looking to
extract the text from the Word document containing the further
particulars so we can index it if ever we get our LARQ stuff working.
