Well, one could say that the LinkedLab ontology is an upgrade for SWRC
:) Feel free to reuse it..

I just figured out that programme.ecs.soton.ac.uk already had similar
terms such as prog:chair, prog:panel_member, and prog:organiser on the
Extension: People part. I wonder how you could add lab:programChair to
it..would you add it as a refinement (ie subproperties)?
