Checking back, this is all my fault. I neglected to mention to Austin
the buildingdata/openorg process for stuff in the openorg namespace.

So, the plan from here:

* Us Oxonians will write up what we've done for vacancies (with the
improvements suggested earlier) on the OpenOrg wiki.
* I'll publish the mankiness I've got currently for our salary scale
stuff on the wiki
* We all get stuck in discussing and critiquing

As we're the only consumers of our stuff so far, it shouldn't be too
much bother to change the stuff we're generating.

All the best,

Alex

PS. I'm on holiday from the 15th to the 24th, so probably won't be
doing much e-mail in that time.

PPS. I've always wondered; what does the '{disarmed}' bit signify?
