Policy Analysis Archives (EPAA) is seeking submissions for a Special
Edition on Models of Open Education in Higher Education (see announcement
at </span><a href="http://epaa.asu.edu/ojs/blog/?cat=5"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';color:rgb(16,60,192)">http://epaa.asu.edu/ojs/blog/?cat=5</span></a><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';color:rgb(26,26,26)">)<b>.</b> EPAA is an
open-access, international, multilingual journal designed for researchers,
practitioners, policy makers, and development analysts concerned with education
policies. Dr. Lisa Petrides and Dr. Cynthia Jimes, both of the Institute for
the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (</span><a href="http://iskme.org"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'">ISKME</span></a><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';color:rgb(26,26,26)">), are serving as guest
editors of this issue. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';color:rgb(26,26,26)"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';color:rgb(26,26,26)">The
special edition seeks to inform both theory and practice around the forms
that new open models in higher education can take, and their potential impact
on policy, on curriculum, and on the practice of pedagogy. </span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';color:rgb(14,14,14)">We invite both theoretical
and empirical papers for the issue, as well as papers that draw on innovative
approaches to addressing this nascent area of research.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';color:rgb(26,26,26)">The
deadline for submissions is September 1, 2014, and the publication timing is
