This can sometimes lead to lengthy delays and other administrative problems.</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif"'>* Secondly, OAIG members and publishers have together highlighted the potential role for suitable intermediaries in providing support and services.
