The American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB) today released a<br>
statement  expressing its strong reservations with the Research Works<br>
Act (RWA). In addition to articulating ASPB’s reservations with the<br>
RWA, the statement argues that a more appropriate approach toward<br>
broadening public access is already public law in the America COMPETES<br>
Reauthorization Act of 2010.<br>
