[BOAI] New OASPA Membership Requirement from January 2020

OASPA has today announced a new requirement that we will be introducing to
OASPA's membership criteria at the beginning of next year:

OASPA encourages all of our publisher members to submit as much metadata as
possible to Crossref and in particular to deposit references. We are aware
that for some members there are reasons why references can’t be deposited
right now, but for those who are able to do so then from 1st January 2020
we will require those references to be made openly available, in line with
the Initiative for Open Citations (https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi4oc.org&data=01%7C01%7Cboai-forum%40ecs.soton.ac.uk%7Cdac3b3d6393f4cbc843708d7305dfea2%7C4a5378f929f44d3ebe89669d03ada9d8%7C0&sdata=8%2F8ZwHKsi7Z4nTVmjkCWb7jCQCAUBihIuVF2woErnTg%3D&reserved=0).


If you are a publisher and you already deposit reference data with
Crossref, all you need to do is to send an email to support at crossref.org to
make that data publicly available.
