[BOAI] Open Access and grey litereature in the Netherlands

Perhaps you are interested in this presentation on ideas for the improvement of the repository infrastructure in the Netherlands. http://www.slideshare.net/Wowter/grey-literature-at-wageningen-ur Especially slides 20 and 21 are relevant. This is based on a presentation of the status of grey literature in Nl. To my mind grey litereature and OA are very interwoven and doesn't get te attention it deserves. It is also a sound to counter all the noise from the Netherlands on the Golden Route to OA. To my mind that discussion forms a thread for the Dutch repository infrastructure. That infrastructure can improved by simple means and a few policy changes.
