[BOAI] UK House of Commons Select Committee publishes report criticising RCUK's Open Access Policy

I have today published a piece on the new Business, Innovation and Skills
Committee report on Open Access. Amongst other things, it includes
commentary from RCUK, HEFCE, SPARC Europe, and three of the researchers that
gave oral evidence to the Select Committee: Stevan Harnad, Martin Eve and
Andrew Massey.
