[BOAI] EIFL Open Access advocacy case studies

EIFL Open Access (OA) programme released ten case studies describing the
results of its advocacy grants - 2012 national and institutional Open
Access advocacy

to
reach out to research communities in Africa and Europe. They illustrate key
achievements, activities, advocacy strategies, tactics and tools, success
stories and lessons learnt, thus libraries everywhere can benefit.
