[BOAI] Help our OER efforts in Brazil!

As mentioned, the legislative power of the State of Sao Paulo has approved the Open Educational Resources bill we have been working on last December. Now, in the next few days the future of OER in the richest state of Brazil is on the hands of governor - who can still vetoed the bill. 

Please join us in this effort and sign our open letter to the governor.
