[BOAI] Re: OER is now the law for São Paulo state!

Dear Carolina and Others,

Its a great news for celebrations that OER is now Law for  São Paulo state!
This year 2012 end brought got this good news and comming year 2013 would
come with many good news...

OER and OA should be law of all the states... UNESCO is working on it...
lets all support each of us and others who are Open Advocates...
