[BOAI] Re: OER is now the law for São Paulo state!

I just talk to the representative, and the law needs to be sign on by our
state governor. But the governor is well informed about the law and all,
since we had a series of meetings with him. So we hope he will sign on.
Pls, help to make some noise internationally so the governor supports it!
