...which further highlights how high priority it is, to keep public funding
bodies well informed about OA policies and help them enforce directives.
Bottom line is, taxpayer's pocket should not be funding non-OA publications.
(eh, yeah: intelligent free market economy will fill the gap and yada yada!)
