are there any plans to collaborate on the submissions?
The response of the Wikimedia Foundation shall be drafted in public at
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Committee/Areas_of_interest/Open-access_policy/Request_for_Information_on_Public_Access_to_Digital_Data_and_Scientific_Publications
,
and anyone is invited to join (or leave) the drafting at any time and
to include any portion of any version of this draft in their
submission.
