[BOAI] Invitations to Regional Open Source Conference- Central Asia

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am pleased to extend our invitation, attached, to participation at the
Regional Open Source Conference- Central Asia (ROSCCA 2011). The Regional
Conference is taking place between October 15 and October 18, 2011, in
Kabul. ROSCCA 2011 is co-chaired by H.E. Amirzai Sangin, Minister of
Communications and IT, and Mr. Shigeru Aoyagi, UNESCO's Country
Representative to Afghanistan. The Conference brings together around 500
speakers and delegates from over 15 countries to discuss the latest on
Free/Open Source Software technologies and their application in business,
and social and economic development programs. ROSCCA 2011 presents research
and industry papers, presentations, tutorials, thematic sessions, panels,
hands-on training workshops, project demonstrations and a technology
exhibition, called the OpenIT Platform. For more information on the

The delegate, volunteer and speaker registration as well as registration for
our technology market place, the OpenIT Platform, is now open for people and
organizations. Please, find the registration forms attached, fill in the
relevant form and return (do not fill multiple forms). All registrations
close on September 30, 2011. Please, find our invitation letter attached
containing information on why and how you should get involved.
