The ODE project, now about to enter its second year, is exploring drivers
and barriers to data exchange. It is gathering stakeholder perspectives in
order to make recommendations for a pan European data infrastructure.****

Some drivers and barriers have already been identified through case study
analysis and interviews. The next phase is to interview experts from key
stakeholder groups, one of which is libraries.****
 ****


We wish to identify 30 to 40 stakeholders from the library domain for
interview in order to validate and elaborate the drivers and barriers that
have so far been identified.********


Thus far the library perspective has been under emphasised, so it is very
important that we play a role at this stage in order to prove that libraries
have a central role to play in making data accessible, findable, and
reusable for the long term.****

If you are working in the area of data exchange and would like to
participate in these interviews please send me your contact details and a
short description of your interest in data exchange.********


Candidates for interview must have some expertise in the area e.g:********

   - Working with institutional repositories that store data********
   - Supporting researchers in writing data management plans********
   - Supporting researchers in finding data********
   - Managing/curating data (creating metadata, dois etc)********
   - Have experience with data citation********
