[BOAI] Open Access implementation - evidence from international case studies

I should like to draw your attention to a new working paper that investigates Open Access implementation across an international series of case studies, including some of the pioneer institutions with an open access mandate.

The case studies come from Australia, Europe, North America and South Africa.
