Nobel Prize for Medicine awarded to Professor Robert G Edwards

BioScientifica would like to congratulate Professor Robert G Edwards who
has been awarded the 2010 Nobel Prize for Medicine "for the development
of in vitro fertilization". Professor Edwards' research led to what can
only be called a revolution in reproductive medicine and recognition of
the impact of these developments is welcomed.
