[BOAI] Open Access Policy adopted at Chalmers Technical University, Sweden

Chalmers Technical University (Gothenburg, Sweden) has from January 1st 2010
adopted a publishing policy to ensure that research results are published
with free access. During the last decade the Library at Chalmers has been an
active part in advocating the policy and the idea of Open Access publishing.
The policy is only available in Swedish at the moment (
http://publications.lib.chalmers.se/cpl/help/Open_Access_Policy_Chalmers_100101.pdf).
I hope to be able to give some more information in English on the
process
of landing this rather radical policy in an article in ScieCom Info later
this spring.
