I am very happy to share with you the final version of the Green-Paper *"The
State and Challenges of OER in Brazil: from readers to writers?"*.
Comments are welcome! This version is in English and in March/2010 a
Portuguese version will be available.

I want to thank all of those who sent me comments and supported this work! I
especially want to thank Melissa Hagemann for her constant support and
leadership, and the Open Society Institute that made this project possible
through funding. I also want to thank to Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School
in São Paulo for the partnership.
