I completely agree with Jean-Claude.

Thus, you should also talk to SciELO. And see if you can send some type of
questionnaire to see how many authors could pay...which will result that
almost none can, if this money does not come from the research funding...

SciELO is also now migrating to a project with books. Very beautiful and
well design.
