[BOAI] OA week in Japan (IRcuresILL project)

Dear all,

"IRcuresILL" project created a poster, saying "Search the Web before
requesting", and many university libraries in Japan displayed it
in front of their ILL/DD counters through the Week, to appeal to
the ILL/DD users that they might save time and money by OA items
on the Web.

Some of the libraries sent their photos to the project, shown below:

(including photos of project guests)

IRcuresILL project supposes that OA repositories and ILL/DD service
are similar in some respects and OA could replace ILL/DD though
only gradually.
